Got an alert today for something rather droll. Seems the good people at the How Pedestrian blog got these two fellers to read my poem "A Winter." Seems they only got one take...

My reader only wanted to do one take! I offered him a chance for a redo, but he said no. This is the charm(?) of the spontaneous poetry reading.

I can think of a few oddities by the pros in live readings I've attended. The video as is certainly preserves the on-the-spot spontaneity of it, which is very cool.
