Jailbreaks: Best Anthology of the Year
So says Maurice Mierau in the Winnipeg Free Press. Combined with a note I got the other day about someone buying eight copies of Jailbreaks as xmas gifts, that's some pretty nice year-end news.
In other year-end news, we arrived in Montreal yesterday. We were an hour and a half late because someone decided to threaten self-destruction on a railroad bridge somewhere in Quebec in the middle of the night and the train had to wait while the authorities got him off the bridge. But we still got in with enough time to catch a connecting train to Dorval. From there, we headed off to Stephanie Bolster and Patrick Leroux's place in Pointe Claire, where we spent a lovely day and evening, while Kaleb got to know Patrick and Stephanie's daughter Madeleine.
We're catching a train to Toronto at 4, then connecting to Vancouver.
